new oven?

So last night was an interesting night. to be sure.

First, I went on a wild goose chase that involved a late night run to the 24hr Walmart, copious amounts of Jell-O, and unfortunately returning back to my dorm quite late. But upon returning, as I was getting ready for bed I heard yelling boys, running boys, shattering glass, and then more running and yelling. Obviously, I was confused.

The explanation I was given? We were getting a new oven.

Yes, college boys find it necessary to demolish the old to make way for the new. This process involved an air cannon directed point blank at the front of the oven. No one was hurt, thankfully. But the oven ...has seen better days. I'm just hoping the new one actually comes today. As of now, the glass is gone, the shelf is bent, the light is shattered, and the thick metal in the back is now dented and punctured. Oh college...
